I NEED surgery on my chest because while pregnant the girls got sooooo big it was insane.... they were so big my arms couldnt go around them!!!   • I dont recommend doing it often.... however, dont beat yourself up over it. Sometimes if we eat too far under one day it can make us feel hungrier the next day. Tomorrow is a new day.... just jump back on the wagon and keep up the good work at the gym!! Best of Luck to you!! Nickole
