If you can I'd just measure out the ounces of each fruit and go from there its the only way I know to accurately get the right calories.

This is so true! I haven't gotten on the scale at all this week because Aunt Flo is visiting but the few days before I had went up at least 5lbs its very nerve racking but we gotta remember. Being a female sometimes sucks lol. Also, retaining water cause we have to much sodium in our diet seems to really put us out as well…

I think it all depends on the person. I personally know I'm FAT! I have more calories of "fat" in my body than muscle. And I plan to kick fats *kitten*!

lol fast foods it gets me every time .. That is until I Google some of the foods I like from my favorite fast food places see the calories .. Once i see it I then chose what would be my best choice of action :D

many things can come into play on that. Retained water , gas , female issues(didn't look at your profile sorry) .. Its not 4-5 lbs I wouldn't be to worried. Plus if you're exercising it could be a bit of muscle gained. Don't stress though continue to do your calories and you should be fine :)

I find if you can stop before 8pm at night its helpful . However, I don't get my work out done till 8pm and if my calories for the day have taken a major hit with my exercise burn I get a dream bar -blue bunny-about 70calories , ocean spray craisins (greek yogurt) about 140 calories for 1/4cup or a few cashews. I plan to give to my sister who always says she's lighter than me to encourage her to lose weight too. She's one of those kind of people who like competition lol :laugh: That or donate to a goodwill or even make a blanket of them :wink:

I've cut back on my "candy" intake . I've had a huge sweet tooth for to dang long lol. That and reducing my intake and my snacking way to dang much. My problem was watching tv with my hubby and we would be snacking during shows. NO more of that just a lovely glass of cold water . I think it all depends truly on looking at…

if I'm under my calorie goal after I've exercise I tried to have a light snack , if I can stomach it ,just to raise me up those few calories even if its at least 100 away from my goal. I just don't want to put my body into starvation mode .. Good Luck !

If they are healthy sugars I think heck why not eat what you want as long as you stay under your calorie goal. I mean eating fruits the amount they want you to have daily puts you over the sugars anyway. Maybe not have a snickers bar every meal lol
