True story here. I don't like cake. I never have even when I was super skinny. Don't ever eat something you don't want to because of pressure. It is like a drunk person begging you to drink when you don't want to. Walk away. They need no explanation. btw...You look great :)

I had a lady say stuff very similar to what you hear. She was on Keto and said there was no way she would write down everything because she knew what she was doing. I am still losing. She gained everything back plus more. I won without saying anything ;)

I use Walden Farms. It took a bit to get use to it, but love it now. I get it at the local gym. No calories and no fat.

I have it on my fitbit. Kind of shocked me how little I sleep. I thought I was getting 8 hours, but lucky to get 7. It shows on my workouts and how I feel in the daytime too.

All I know is back when we all were kids, we ate anytime, anywhere and no weight issues. I am basing it on the fact that I do have two active boys who eat all the time and are in fact, underweight. Their calorie intake is crazy high and usually is at that age. I just want her to look into all areas. Sorry if I offended you

hypothyroidism? At that age, if active and having the right foods, most don't gain that much. Do you know what the daycare is serving? I think I would push the Doctor to run more tests.

I have very high cholesterol. I had it in my 20's when I weighed 100 pounds and I am 5'5. It runs in my family big time. I am on meds because I tried everything that I could to get it down. From what I read in the original post, it seems that you turn yourself totally around to where you crave the "junk" foods. You can eat junk and still lose. So you weight 145 pounds? I wouldn't call that chubby. 1200 imo is wayyy too low for losing. Weigh your food and you will do fine :)

OP has me on her side until she said she felt "fat"...Are the people you are saying fat at 150 weighing or more than that? Is this on here or to your friends? I don't think I am fat, but that is my opinion. Weigh whatever you want, but don't put down a number.

When I started walking everyday, I gained weight. It will come off very soon. Be patient.

50 year old here as well. Are you looking to get into weights, cardio or both? I love switching it up. Down from 214 to 155 since Jauary28th of this year. Be kind and patient with yourself and make sure you log daily.

Sugar? Nope!! I go over my sugars every single day and nope!! Salt perhaps? TOM perhaps? How often are you weighing yourself and is it at the same time?

It does get easier. If I were to start over again(which I had to), I would just log for a week and look at what I eat and then slowly ease your way into it. You say 1200 cals, but why not try 1500? It might just work wonderful for you. 1200 is hard!! This is for life. Don't rush in.

I walk this amount...plus a bit more every singe day. It will come off. Be patient :) It usually burns about 450 calories for me because I do it fast
