It's not good advice when it is just labeling house cleaning in general as not excercise when what the op is really doing is cleaning and packing a house to move. Just saying that moving is not a normal activity for most people and it sure the heck will tire you out and I would definitly log it that way.

Anyone else read the fact that she is packing and cleaning for a move?? Not an everyday house cleaning activity so not included in TDEE... OP I have found several differences in what MFP calculates verses what my HRM calculates.

I'm not Catholic, but I started giving something up for Lent last year and I want to continue to this year. I have decided to give up soda again this year along with swearing, the scale, and fast food chain restaurants, excluding Subway because I don't consider that really fast food.

I think what you decided on is the best be in my opinion. I have a 45mm chrome x pole and I love it!! We used 40mm in our class because our instructor wanted poles that would also fit small hands, but the 45 wasn't much different to me.
