  • I love spin class too!! I was a die hard elliptical cardio person until my hubby talked me into spinning......now I look forward to every class!! It seems that I can burn so many more calories spinning and I feel that it really kicks my butt!!! So far I have only done about 10-12 classes but I feel I am getting better…

  • I am way too lazy to wake up early to exercise. I go to the gym after work at about 5pm, go home have dinner, and run at about 9-10pm.
