Apple Shaped…..What do I do???
I am the epitome of the apple shape. No booty (well actually starting to grow one now), broad shoulders, a big-round tummy, thin legs and arms. I am about half way on my weight loss journey having lost 31 pounds so far with 36 pounds to go. I am now in about a size 4/6 bottoms and 10 top. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week…

Dumb question.........
Ok, yesterday I went 250 over my calorie limit....I tried to get my butt up to go to the gym to work it off, but could't manage it. Feeling guilty, I went to the gym this morning and worked my butt off. I burned enough calories for the next 3 days!!! So, my question is--Would it have made a difference if I would have went…

I usually eat only 700-900 calories a day, but since my weight loss has come to a halt, I thought I would give 1200 calores a try......well, I am on day 2 and feel like a stuffed sausage. This cannot be right, can it? I am feeling pretty miserable. This is my first step, I am hoping to evolve to eating a bit of my exercise…

Is it possible???
Last Friday I weighed myself and had lost a total of 31 pounds, I was elated. I had a not so good, but not terribly bad weekend, with 1, yes, only 1, Bloody Mary on Saturday night. Fast forward to Monday morning, stepped on the scale and gained 5 pounds back????? WTF??? Is that possible??? Wow!!
