I have the program too! I finished the first round. I need to measure still. .... I wasn't 100% faithful to the eating (I know shame on me! lol) But I am ready for round 2!

I started the program on Monday! I am enjoying the workouts....the portion control (containers)............trying to get a hang of it. I am actually eating more now, than I was before.

I can't wait to start a new workout! I too have the love/hate relationship with the 30 day shred. I sure do love seeing my muffin top shrinking! :) How would you ladies say Ripped in 30 differs from the 30 day shred? Are the exercises a lot different?

Sweating to the oldies...in gym class, during High School. We made so much fun of ol Richard...today, as an over weight adult, I love the man...regardless of his sexuality I think what he does for ppl is AMAZING!

ANY exercise is better than NONE! So I say go for it! Its a tough workout, but worth it! I would just get the dumbells as soon as you can. :) Good luck on the shred!

I use my trampoline too!! I actually sweat more when I do the jumping on the tramp vs just on the floor! Level 2's cardo isnt as bad I dont think. But I dislike the 'skater jumps' I have my before and day 15 pics up. AMAZING results so far

Again...honestly, I have have kind of been just eating what I want...but in moderation. I try to stay at 1500 calories and eat back my burned calories, but some days I have been over. Good luck on your workouts :)

They arent exactly 15 days apart. I am not able to workout every single day. I am on day 15 of the shred, it has taken me about a month.... But they are really me before and now.
