I used to work for a chiropractor and i did the therapy and rehab in that office. I have started doing the exercises that i remember our patients doing... pretty much sounds like what you are doing... Thanks for the advice :)

@ shiseido_faerie, my dr told me she had the same problem when she started working out. She said it is common and to take ibuprofen 2 times a day and stretch as often as i can through out the day. Get an adjusment (ya, finally an md that agrees chiropractic is okay :) or a massage.

I do tae bo---almost daily and when i log 38 minutes i get around 600 calories burned.

ME TOO!!! Just like today, i wanted to take the day off from workingout, well i felt guilty and decided to ride the stationary bike for 10 minutes, but ended up riding it for 15! Of course that isnt my usual amount of time i spend workingout, but i feel better knowing i did something!

Have you gone back to you chiropractor? I used to work for a chiropractor and actually hurt my should while working there and had to get my shoulder adjusted a few times and did some rehab exercises on it. So the only suggest I have is to try and get in to see your chiropractor as soon as you can.

I have an almost 10 month old. I get up early and workout. Lastnight i needed to burn a few more calories, so i did wii fit (the aerobic step), while holding my 20 pound baby. She loved it, wore me out!
