LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Thank you so much for sharing your story...what an inspiration!

Totally normal for me! Typically I don't vomit, but a binge does wreak havoc on my digestive tract and I usually get bad cramps and feel like I want to throw up.
-
You should be proud....nice work!!

Well done!

Well said. You're a good "storyteller" and so inspirational. I love your philosophies and enjoyed reading this. Congrats on your loss and keep fighting the good fight!

^^Yes! I never take my lunch hour to eat. I eat at my desk and use my lunch hour to work out. We have a gym on site, so I do a full work out for "lunch"

dumbells and resistance bands under my desk for conference calls and will do squats, jacks, etc as well throughout the day.

I'm in the same boat. I completed Slim in 6 in the spring last year, lost 11 pounds, 9 inches. I continued to eat well and exercise then I got sick and my motivation left. I go in waves and am curious what others do, too.

I'm curious, too. I just ordered it and am excited to start!

My favorite is BBQ grilled, but I also LOVE Mexican food, so I've been throwing chicken breasts in the crockpot in the morning, adding some salsa and letting it cook while I'm at work. When I get home it's ready to go and I either top a plate of mixed greens and veggies with it or I make fajitas.

Well said!

Commitment and dedication - awesome work! Keep it up!

It's hard to say since your food log isn't open and you don't disclose height, weight, what you've been eating, what kind of exercise you're doing, etc. That being said, it took my body a couple of weeks to adjust to the new changes and start doing its job. Keep at it and you'll start seeing the positive changes.

Nice work! You look great!

You look fabulous! Congratulations on such an incredible accomplishment!

I am traveling a lot more lately and work for a company that works hard and plays hard. Cocktails and meals are prime business time here....but when I decided that I needed a change in my life, I committed to it. While I'll have the occassional glass of wine, I typically don't drink. I have had a few associates question me…

a little results?? Girl, you look amazing!!! Congrats on your success!!
