  • I take my fish oil supplement right before I go to sleep, that way I am not tasting fish all day.

  • I would still weigh in. I work at weight watchers and every 4 weeks I see a gain in 90% of the members, weighing is feed back and don't you want that feed back? If you are keeping track and doing what you can to lose why beat yourself up over the water retention???
  • I utilize this site but I still keep track of my points! I use this to track and find the calories, but there have been days I have used up all my points but still had a lot of calories left over.
