If you want to get lean/tone you will want to do less weight and more reps.

you should try to stay in your target zone, if you are too high, you should do you best to come down, you are right it's not a good thing, if you are under your target zone, you need to find ways to get into your zone. When you are in your zone, you are burning calories efficiently.

You shouldn't weigh yourself everysingle day, weigh in once a week. From what you just said, you are probably retaining water.

I usually net 1000- 1200 calories, but if I'm not hungry I AM NOT GOING TO FORCE MYSELF TO EAT.

Weight Watchers Points and MFP are about 99.9% the same. I had really good success when I was doing their program. I left WW cause it cost money, and as soon as I lost my weight I gained half back. I have lost 24lbs since joining MFP. In my opinion MFP is indeed alot better than WW.
-
give it time. you lost 8lbs! That's pretty good! When I lost 10lbs I didn't see any real changes until 15- 18lbs.

I bring in my own drink (green tea) and for a snack (power bar)

They have good food, but if they are being A-holes about your letter, don't eat at their restaurants

I'm doing P90X and love it, I'm about to start phase 2, I've lost 22lbs so far. I couldn't find P90X in the cardio workout, so I just created it. Not that hard. Can't wait for P90X part 2 to come out.

2 words..... Omaha Steaks. So, GOOD!!!!

i mean protein. sometimes I'm over my 30. I keep my calorie intake at a reason level. I'm not looking at my net I just keep up with what I put in my body. I usually eat 1500- 1900 calories. and I net 1000- 1100. If I were to eat all my excercise calories back I wouldn't be losing our maintaining I would be gaining. I…

Excuse me,but weight watches does work. When I was with weightwatches I lost 80lbs in 7months. I exercised daily and watched what I ate. I have friends currently on weightwatchers and it is working perfectly for them. I'm doing P90X and eating very well and I have seen great results, so the article that you found, must…

1400 to 1500 calories seem to be pretty good. You don't have to eat all your excerise calories back. If you eat them all back you will be starting back at zero! If you are hungry eat, if not don't eat.
-
I think they do
-
yep they are probably the 2nd most worst food for you, packed full of sodium.
-
Another thing, if you do more cardio than strength training, you will start to burn muscle instead of fat. So try to equal your cardio and strength training.
-
Everyone thinks that muscle weighs more than fat, this is misconception. 1lb of muscle weighs the exactly the same as 1lb of fat. It is true that muscle is more dense than fat. If you are gaining muscle, trust me you are burning fat and inches.
-
NO IT'S A GIMIC, plaine and simple.
-
Both are great programs. However, if you want more muscle, P90X is it!!!!!!!! BRING IT!!!!!!
-
Not really, Because I'm not the one eating it. They are making that choice all by themselves. Plus it's their body, they can do what they want.
-
Yes it does come with a 10lb resistance bands and a P90 eating guide. I am assuming you are talking about power 90? I just finished P90, and I just started P90X ( starting my 4th day now)
