I aggree, if you are above 1200 calories, your body shouldn't go into starvation mode. I had 1307 left today. But I was at 1600 I believe?

i have a timex HRM, and it calulates my calories through my heart rate, but I don't think I can enter my age or height. Is just my Heartrate good enough? I've been burning about 300- 500 calories depending how hard i push myself/

If you really wanted to go high tech you could get the body bug. It is expensive they cost around $189.00. ( you attach it around your left arm) You wear it all day. It determines your calories you burn while excerise and determines your calories when you rest.

could be water build up in the knee, I would see a Dr. and make sure it's not anything serious. Worse case, he/she will just drain the fluid buid up in the knee.
