Tough call. I like Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey and cookies n cream rocks. Heavenly hash. Now I'm drooling....

I love Zumba b/c it's dancing and not exercise to me. I hate running, but love to dance. To each their own is what I say.

St. Patrick's Day 2012. At Green Parrot watching my friends' band, Hooliganz. Lots of fun that night!

Wow! That is inspiring. It's good to see the transformation. Great job!

Water is important, but to lose weight one needs to eat right, exercise more.

I was in a foul mood myself yesterday. I call it the "dungeon of despair." And sometimes it's ok to be in it!

Nope, not giving up my morning cuppa. I do carefully measure out creamer and use either Splenda or Truvia. Rest of the day is usually water with maybe a coke zero thrown in the mix.

Have to admit didn't do anywhere near what I should have for exercise. Still managed to lose weight, but really going to make an effort. Like right now as a matter of fact! Also going to bring my workout clothes and do these in my office at lunch.

Starting weight 148. Goal weight 133. My final goal is at Christmas. I hope! Good luck everyone!

I don't run but do walk with my dog Chloe. She's a pretty good walking buddy (even though she wants to stop and pee all the time and doesn't like other dogs or people-ok she's a challenging walking buddy) and can go the distance. She's young and had a LOT of energy so the walking helps both of us.

Step on one time and hope I like the number.

Good luck!! Send me a request if you want.

Fad diets NEVER work in the long run. MFP won't work either if you don't put in effort. This isn't a magical weight loss plan. This is just a forum to log in what you eat, how much you exercise. I joined in May 2011 but haven't put in any effort until about a month ago. Since then, I've actually started tracking what I eat…

I'm part scottish, ginger, but tan. That's how I do it in Florida. :)

Abso-freaking-lutely! My husband had to do it for a while, and trust me, they work hard for it. It was his car, his gas, his insurance, and let's not forget the serious wear and tear he put on the vehicle. It's pathetic what some people tip. To those that don't tip or pay a nominal amount, stop ordering pizza for delivery…

And congrats on the baby!

Hey there! I love this app/website as well! I joined a year ago, but haven't gotten serious until now. It's really holding me accountable for what I eat, how much I exercise. Plus I do like to see the progress. Good luck to you!!

I do even though I probably don't look as good in them as I like to think I do. Sometimes fashion dictates them. Otherwise, I wear bootcuts.

I'm 45 and it's getting tougher to lose weight! Probably doesn't help that I just don't have the energy like I used to. I used to walk 6-8 miles per day and hit the weights, but I'm lucky if I can get 2 in a day. Sad but true. I've been keeping track of my calories and I've been losing. Just need to step up the exercise.…

I use it to log and track what I eat and how much I exercise. Using this site has made me do that, which is something I haven't done in a long time. And that's probably why I gained so much weight to begin with! Eat less, exercise more. Really just that simple.

I think keeping a time limit is good, too. Try aiming for 30 minutes minimum. However, this depends on your current fitness level.

I'll give it a whirl. This ends the day I leave on my cruise.
