I just started it again today. It's nice, but don't worry if you can't run the full 60 seconds, sometimes I walk for 2 walks and a run then run again if I am really feeling it. It is good to push, but sometimes know what to push back. It is a great way to relieve some stress too.

I'm with everyone else that Stretch X is very good, but I also just make a play list of youtube videos of different stretches.

Just keep working on it. Yesterday I started the p90x yoga x, before I start the program I am working through all the routines. I could only get through 36 minutes without having to stop, today I did 40. So it's little steps at a time.

I am doing a combination of p90x and 30DS. I have to say p90x is hard on your wrists in a way that 30DS isn't. That is something I love about Jillian Michaels dvds.

I might never need a pull up bar then to be honest when I was cheerleading in high school, even when I was in good shape I could never do a pull up. It would kill my wrists.

Alrighty, is it one of those things you can start with the weights and bands then get the bar later? I have a door frame but its rather complicated about that at the moment since this is not my house and the are worried it will damage the frame/paint.

That sounds amazing. I have always supported Breast Cancer research as my first boss/mentor died about 2 years ago of breast cancer. It's such a great goal, you can do it!
