Hang in there sweetheart. You have a lot on the go with school, family etc. Breathe.....be as kind to yourself as the lovely people who have sent supportive posts. Think about how fabulous it will be to pay that forward being happy, healthy and successful and mentoring others whom are struggling. You can do it girl!

These posts have been really helpful. Thank you. I'm about 2 weeks in with diligently logging and walking an hour a day. I'm not seeing any results on the scale and still can't fit into my jeans but feel like I'm making progress. It's been heartening to read similar stories so I'll keep the faith. Thanks again :)

Memere that is awesome! Way to go. I'm feeling a little discouraged and sorry for myself today. I'm exercising and eating healthily within 1300 call per day and was expecting a lovely 1 to 1.5 lb loss but instead gained a lb! I'm not kidding myself by eating more than I record and have a realistic menu. What the heck!…
