Eat things that taste good, stay within your macros.

If you are properly hydrated, you shouldn't need water for a run less than 10 miles.

bump?

Exercise so you can eat more. Exercise is also an appetite suppressant. Works for me!

Running is awesome. When you can run 6-7 miles and still feel like you could run 10 more, that's an amazing feeling. Plus, there is nothing like the high you can achieve after some long-slow-distance running short of actually doing drugs.

It's just using the act of walking a dog to give you an idea of what your pace would be at that speed using a real-world scenario.

Fancy hats.

If your sodium intake is high you may retain more water weight than you would have otherwise. CICO is the law of the land. If you burn more than you eat, you will lose weight. The trick is to find what foods you like to eat that keep you full.

I like extra virgin olive oil. Bertolli is a good brand.

A bottle of magnesium citrate from the CVS is a lot cheaper.

Sounds like she's throwing a wrench into your game.

They're beautiful but you need a flat tummy to pull it off.

You know how when the toothpaste tube is almost empty and you gotta pinch from the bottom then roll your fingers all the way up to get that last bit out? Well... you get the idea.

A normal ECG taken at rest while asymptomatic is meaningless when the provoking factor is exercise. Tell your GP that you would like to see a cardiologist so that he can refer you. No one here is going to be able to help you definitively with this problem. Good luck!

You can estimate but it may not be accurate. Don't obsess about it, have a nice time at lunch and do your best to log what you think you ate and move on.

Ketchup is amazing and if you don't like it you're wrong.

Just eat chocolate!

Eating made the pain go away. Now I exercise and the pain makes the pain go away.

I'm of the opinion that nothing can replace the fluffy, tangy deliciousness of mayonnaise. Some people use avocado but frankly the idea makes me gag.

I tell them to research how weight loss works and to get out of my face. I then resume the eating of my ice cream.

Weigh. Your. Food.

I think it's a terrible idea. Cheese is incredible.

Eat more bread and rice.

I use a HRM, the Polar FT7. I have found MFP numbers to be fairly comparable but I use the HRM for the most accuracy possible. I readjust my HRM user settings when I lose a few pounds.

41 mins, 638 calories burned doing HIIT, stairmill and cycling.

My favorite cleanse is the dirty Chinese food cleanse. I go to the greasiest place I know and order up some pork fried rice, General Tso's/Gau's chicken and some crab rangoon. The next day the cleansing begins. I usually experience 3-4 cleansings throughout the day actually.

I liked it, I think it's a good way to build strength. I don't currently do it because I'm focused on other things like hard cardiovascular endurance training but if your primary goal right now is just to be able to lift more weight with large groups of muscles then 5x5 is a great way to go.

I just bought a Polar FT7 HRM yesterday and I'm so glad I did. Apparently it's easy for me to burn 1800+ calories cycling for 2 hours on a route with a lot of hills (20 mile ride). I should be able to just listen to my body and eat delicious food now with plenty of calories to spare.
