Quantifiability is your friend. There is no good way to answer this question or to accurately estimate the food you are describing. Your only choice is to stick to eating things the nutritional value of which you can be reasonable sure of or to simply live with unsurenessessness. It's a word, I know science.

I eat whatever and whenever I want and steadily lose weight because I weigh my foods and stay honest about how much I am eating. Use MFP, log ACCURATELY, exercise regularly and trust the process. It will work!

My strength training is integrated with my HIIT, I only do functional strength training. Are you talking about free weights specifically? After my HIIT workouts I finish with 15-20 mins of steady state cardio and that always caps the workout nicely while burning some extra calories in the process.

I'm basically a landfill and just eat whatever I can jam into my face. As long as I'm under my calories, I'm happy. I am here for ideas though because I may have to start preparing in advance soon.

I do! I get roast beef with veggies and yellow mustard and a bag of sun chips. Occasionally I get a meatball sub with American cheese.

There are plenty of entries with perfectly accurate calories on MFP. Show some gratitude that MFP even exists. It may not be perfect, but I wouldn't want to try to lose weight without it. I LOVE YOU MFP!
