Well the problem with just water is it's so hot that people in the corps are sweating so fast and it's so hot that it isn't enough.

I'll definitely look into the zero cal electrolyte tablets! I'm hoping its muscle gain but I always lose the weight again throughout the week again. every weekend it yoyos so I just wanted to see if I could cut the sugar and get better results.

I'm usually hungry but I always fill up on water after I work out first. Usually you sweat a lot ( obviously) and you probably need water more than food at the moment. If after you've had plenty to drink then that's when I try a healthy snack.

Lately I've been doing better. This morning I had oatmeal instead of the usual french toast sticks. There are lots of healthy options but they're never as appetizing as what I would like to eat. Some things are repetitious but it's never the same if you know what I mean. Every time I work out I find that I can do more and more sets of what I couldn't do the week before. Wow thanks that really really helped now I don't feel as bad as I did before! I never knew something like that could happen. I wonder when I should really weigh myself. In fact I have been feeling magnificent but the meals actually made me feel full. I'm worried I shouldn't feel so full? I'm used to being semi-hungry…
