Diet Pepsi is my one vice. Yes there are better options but given all the exercise I do and all the crap I no longer eat, i'm good with it. At 43 I'm in better shape that any other time in my life. Way to go on the weight loss!!!!!!!! Tim

What she said. And vegetables are a good thing, they don't bite!! I'd suggest eating less processed prepared fast food. While it may meet your calorie requirements that food lacks in any sort of nutrients. Just basically fat and lousy (fiberless) carbs.

It is not a miracle weightloss product. It's a dietary supplement that cannot be matched by whey protein. The newest flavor, toprical Strawberry is great, it is even Vegan for those that care. Is it really expensive? At Full price it's $4 a day. But with everything, to each his own.

You need to read the label on anything you plan to eat. Some are indeed a candy bar with some low grade protein added (Soy Lecithin) They are pricey but I started eating Quest protein bars. Depending on the flavor they are 200 calories, 20g protein, 20-25g Carbs, but 15-20g of fiber.

Plain of any brand is absolutely unedible. I love Fat Free Chobani. They have tons of different flavors that taste great. At least I think they do.

The new flavor, Tropical Strawberry absolutely rocks. Chocolate is ok but I need to add PB2 and a banana. Greenberry is not that good. I mix in some vanilla whey protein and almond milk to make it drinkable. Like a previous poster said, money back guarantee, even if you finish the whole bag.

I couldn't even tell you the last time I had any sort of alcohol. Cannot stand the taste of wine, especially red wine. Beer tastes ok but I'd rather have something else. Isn't the real reason people drink for the effects of alcohol? that's the part I can't stand. I just hate that buzzed feeling.
