Good for you!!!! Thank you for sharing your story. I am surprised more people don't talk about overeaters anonymous on MFP. Good luck on your journey.

I was thinking the same thing. Their are a few decent Simple & Fit options. Makes taking the kids there bearable! And yes they do have sugar free syrup too!

Wow what a difference! Looking great!

I'd guess that it is dehydrating you more than anything... Otherwise I'd be half in the bag right now trying to lose weight. ;-)

I Love using the Fiber One for chicken coating too! It works great! But I have never eaten it with waffles. Gonna have yo do that!

Just remember the 1200 is not your "limit". It is your Goal. That calorie goal already includes a caloric deficit so that you will lose the desired amount per week (2, 1.5, or 1pm per week). If you are going much below that Goal of 1200 you wont get the results you want.

Sounds great!!! How long do you boil the peppers?

The recipes look great and the calories seem reasonable.... But don't the portion sizes seem a bit small? Or maybe I'm confused by the measurements.

Just made mine available too!

Thanks! Definitely seeking friends. The more mutual support we have the more successful we can be. :-)

Interesting recipe with the sour cream and laughing cow cheese. Would NOT have thought of that. I make a somewhat simpler version... Simply mix sauerkraut with unsweetened applesauce and plenty of caraway seeds to taste. Place on top of pork chops and baked till done. Simple and very good!

Lentils are delicious. Just go with the directions on the package. But basically it's like cooking rice. Be sure not to salt them until the end or they will be tough. Also a bay leaf thrown in can be good too. Look for other varieties besides the brown ones. Beluga (small black ones) are my favorite.
