Hey everyone! I'm in Arizona and looking for a few people to keep in contact with to promote and support one another in weight loss. I don't have much of a support system here (at least not a consistent one) and am the type of person that needs help with motivation. I've lost over 40lbs already, but after hitting a plateau these last few weeks decided I was going to start over with today being Day 1. Anyone care to join me?
