Hi, Yes, this is true. Once I started working out 6 days a week, a year and a half ago, the exercise became addicting. I wanted the euphoria. I'm a MFP member of a few years now. I go on and off the profile, but I try to stick with it. It helps having friends to support and see what they are going through as well. -Ang

I'm 10 lbs overweight and I was told to lose it before I conceive. It's quite disturbing to hear, and I don't want an unhealthy child. I don't think I'm that much at risk. I use stevia in my toothpaste, as stevia helps teeth stay clean. This is a website that tells you how to make the toothpaste that I do with stevia. I love it. http://www.colorfulcanary.com/2011/08/make-your-own-organic-toothpaste.html I've never used it in food though. I have yet to try it.
