I am back after 1.5 yrs. I used MFP religiously and lost the weight. I logged, weighed myself and quit drinking. I maintained for over a year. Then I stopped logging and weighing myself. Now I find 20 extra lbs on me. I am starting back today. The hardest for me will be giving up the wine. This is my downfall. I know it is empty calories and slows fat burning.0

Getting started is really the hardest part. Once you get your trend going and start seeing results you dont want to stop. We do fall off the wagon sometimes but getting back at it is what matters.0

Hi,
Yes, this is true. Once I started working out 6 days a week, a year and a half ago, the exercise became addicting. I wanted the euphoria.
I'm a MFP member of a few years now. I go on and off the profile, but I try to stick with it. It helps having friends to support and see what they are going through as well.

Yes it does become addicting. I love it!! I saw your post about pre-adding your meals. Thats a good idea. I was trying to respond to it but it froze.0
