  • I am much like you. I am 45 and have two grown kids at home. I do for everyone and now it is my time, I have been off track in the last few months but I am back now. I am eating right and working out. I am feeling so much better all ready. I am combining the treadmill with the elliptical and it is working great. I found…
  • I have been roasting fresh asparagus. It is delicious! Just put in small sprayed casserole, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook at 400 degrees for about 30 min. My teenage daughter will even eat it this way where before she would not touch it.
  • I agree that it helps to fill in the meal before you eat it. If I have already done this I will stick closer to what I have entered because I don't want to go back in and change it. Especially if we are going out to eat. I research the restaurant and enter meal and that is what I order.

  • Just came in from working in my garden. I love getting my exercise working in the garden instead of on the treadmill inside. I burnt a,most 400 calories doing what I love. Get outside and get moving! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Calorie Counter

  • For myself Breakfast: 200-300 Lunch: 400-450 Dinner: 400-500 Snacks: 100-150 This pretty well keeps me on track. It is really according to how much exercise I get during the day. I try to never eat my calories I have burned off. I have lost about 18lbs. now so I guess it is working.
  • My name is Laurie and I am 44 years old. I have changed the way I eat and have started exercising. I am feeling good about this but boy do the afternoons kill me. :frown: I have a lot of support from my hubby and my kids. That helps so much. Hope your day has gone well. The weather is beautiful here and the sun is shining.
