Others noticed in my face first. I felt it in my calves first. Was nearly 70 pounds down before the midsection started shrinking.

Just vacuum sealed three gallons of vegetable soup in pint jars. They calculated out to 202 calories, 14 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber. Add a 120 calorie half toasted cheese sandwich and I have a filling lite lunch with good macros. B)

Maybe just a matter of semantics but perhaps the better way to look at it is "I felt like crap yesterday because of something my doctor said". This way conveys you are in the position of power and can control how you feel no matter what doctor rude or anyone else says. ENJOY

I walk mostly. Been slowly transitioning my favorite route into a run. Working well for me. Down 76lbs in a few months.

Walking in place as been a boon in the "move more" side of the weight loss equation. I fill those multiple daily instances of short waits with steps. By the end of the day I have burnt several hundred extra calories.

My local store only carries the classic ranch and avocado cilantro. Don't care for cilantro but the classic ranch is quite good. The salad in a jar thing works well for me. Less than an hour of preparation on Sunday produces lunch for the work week.

My tip for cheap and healthy is to grow a garden. Even a raised bed or patio garden can produce a substantial amount of food. For example one tomato plant per person will likely mean you will not buy a tomato from the time they start ripening until winter. Add a few more and some quart jars and you wont need to buy tomato…

I set mine to sedentary since getting a Fitbit. The reasoning was on days I am sedentary the Fitbit will not effect my calorie allotment but when more active it will add calories.
