In for responses because I've had my HR for over a month and don't trust eating what it indicates I can (or don't trust my logging is accurate enough to do that).

Walking and hiking (along with calorie deficit) is all I have been doing for the last 5 months and have lost almost 40 pounds.

I've been using a standing desk for over a year now and love it. There are times I lower it and sit, or just sit with it raised (adjustable chair as well), but I prefer standing. Most of my middle back pain has disappeared in the last 6 months.

I hike on woodland trails at my archery club. That is usually good for around 14-15 miles a week. When the weather is decent I'll walk to work and home. That gets me an extra 2-3 miles depending on the route I take. I miss the days I don't get to hike.

I'm 5'8", and at 165 I looked pretty ripped! Problem is, I haven't seen 165 in almost 25 years! Sorry I can't help with the before/after as I'm still a before (255 down from 285). Good luck to you!

On the web site (not mobile app) go to My Home. Click on Check-in. There will be two links, Track Additional Measurements and Edit Previous Entries. Select edit previous entries. At the top of that page will be a place labeled Change starting weight. Enter the new weight and click the change button.

East Tennessee. Never lived there, but we singled it out as a place to live and take vacations there every year to narrow down the plan.

Check my diary and you'll see that I am (very) aware whiskey has calories, but the alcohol thing is news to me! Any chance we can get alcohol listed as a macro? I'm certain I could hit that number!

I just finished entering my wife's venison meatloaf into the recipe thing here. Really just normal meatloaf (but with venison)...eggs, tomato sauce, italian bread crumbs, etc., but topped with a sauce of brown sugar, white vinegar and spicy brown mustard.

Every day! Almost 23 lbs. since the end of August. I don't really eat much better, just a little less than before. My only exercise is walking and hiking, which I do anyway. One of my friends just deactivated their account, so there is an opening on my friends list.

I gained 45 pounds after I quit (5 yrs.), so I'm not going to be any help, but I at least wanted to say congrats and good luck!
