  • Spaghettios... Anything with Crisco or shortening... Buttercream frosting... Fried chicken (I normally pull the skin off so it's tolerable when I am forced to eat it).. Otherwise I can handle most foods.
  • I have a problem with Cadbury Eggs this time of year. If I purchase a bag, I am capable of eating the entire thing in two days. And then the next time I go to the store, I end up with another bag in my cart. They really are bad news for me. I also have an issue with Peanut Butter M&Ms.
  • I'm 5'8" and currently weigh 164 lbs. I would like to be a super lean 145. I'm hoping to fit into a size 6 and sometimes a size 4 at this weight. I have a medium frame.
  • For a year and a half, the only time I could fit in a decent workout was after 8:30 pm. I would workout for 90 minutes, shower, read from my Nook Color (so I wouldn't have to turn on a lamp and disrupt my husbands sleep), and pass out. When I first started this routine, I think I might have had a harder time falling asleep…
  • You just get up when the alarm goes off. Get ready and workout. I made the switch from late evening to early morning workouts a few weeks ago and I am never looking back. Sure... you need to go to bed earlier, but when you workout in the morning, you have the rest of the day ahead of you. I have found I am more likely to…
  • I definitely used to be an apple. I am surprised the apple isn't listed as a body type. I consider myself a rectangle because I look like one. I have no waist. I am 34" for my waist, 37 for my bust, and 38 for my hips.
  • You look amazing! Fantastic job!
  • You look amazing!! Incredible job and very motivating for anyone who thinks that they can't achieve their goals:happy:
  • I exercise because I feel super awesome when I finish. I also feel super crappy when I skip more than a few days of working out. I can out run my kids (I have 3 under age 6, so I need to be lightning fast). And to the person who said you get to eat more, well, that reason also applies to myself.
  • Count me in, too! Summer is fast approaching and I want to look halfway decent in a swim suit. I would love to lose 8, but would be content with 5 pounds.
  • Up until last week, I worked out at night. With my husband's work schedule and my kids sleep schedule, it really was the only time I had to fit in a decent workout. My husband switched jobs and now I workout super early in the morning because now that is easier. I say workout when you know you will be able to commit. Your…
  • I'm also 5' 8". My current weight is 161 and I have my goal set around 145. It is subject to change. I may quit at 150 or I might feel I have a tiny bit more to lose. In the past 7 years, I haven't gotten below my current weight, so my goal is to be the weight that makes me feel the most comfortable with my reflection in…
  • I had my youngest baby in September of 2010, so I didn't start trying to actively lose weight until the beginning of November 2010. My son was a C-section baby, so I had to take it easy for a while. I was 210 at the time so since Nov 2010, I've lost 49 pounds ( I am now 161). Now I am at a lower weight now than before I…
  • I used to hate squats and lunges. These days I think squats are ok... I use much better form than I used to, so they don't bother my knees. I still dislike lunges, but I no longer hate them. Just a mild dislike.
  • I love Insanity! I completed the program back in the fall and decided to do the second month again after that. I'm currently on week 9 of Turbofire coupled with Chalean Extreme for strength. In my opinion, Insanity is the more intense workout of the two and I feel like I had the most success with dropping weight while…
