i think I didn't eat enough calories.. thank you :) i eat about 1200 calories a day (give or take) and i lose about 200 calories:/ I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong

QUINOA! its a "grain" that's 100% protein :) it's beginning to become a popular weight loss super food you cook it like you cook rice on the stove top and you can eat it warm or cold hope that helped :)
