is strength training a mistake?
All I really want is slim arms! I do strength training (30ds level 3) 3-4 times a week and I run (HIIT train on the treadmill) everyday for 30 mins. anyways, I feel like all that strength training has made my arms bigger. am I doing something wrong?

I'm doing insanity again but im getting the same results..I just feel bigger. I upped my calories from 1200 to 1400 and now I just feel bigger. when I do insanity I sweat like crazy..I sweat more than I do when I run (HITT)..but I get better results when I run lol can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?!
