I just purchased acv because I heard it helps with weight loss since it apparently suppresses your appetite.

please share your reviews if you've tried it :)

I tried it because I heard that it burns belly fat. It didn't burn anything except my esophagus & didn't suppress my appetite either. I have heard other people who swear by it though. Good luck!

I've never heard of that. I'm interested to see what everyone says.

Let me know if you start burping and people look around for Easter eggs.

That old "diet" has been around for at least 30 years. Didn't work then, no reason to think it'll work now.

There is a book on ACV recipes and I've had it for years. You have to dilute it for certain things. I use it mostly for garggling with it for sore throats. It worked for me on that. Never tried it for burning fat. I doubt anything wil burn fat other that hard working out!

It's probably more of a mind over matter thing and that's why it worked for some

ACV is useful for getting rid of excessive candida (yeast) of the gut. I used it for about 10 days for that purpose and it did help. However, it tastes disgusting; so disgusting that I would shudder when I unscrewed the lid.

Last week I was suffering so badly from 5 days of a stomach virus and went looking online for solutions -- found good old ACV as a cure for diarrhea, well . . . not in my case. And it's still disgusting.

I don't know if it would work for weight loss, except to make you nauseous.
