I don't think I hit a plateau though, since I've always been around 127-130 lbs :S I have a small waist and big thighs/a big bum.. so I just want a flatter stomach and smaller thighs and I though running would do the job :(

thanks for the advice everyone! my friend is a nutritionist and when I told him I eat 80 grams of protein a day he laughed at me and said I should only be eat 56 grams (with exercise) because more than that will just turn into fat that's why I was asking lool but I'll stick to my 80 grams :)

thanks so muchh, that really helped:) I tried upping my calories on mfp but whenever I add food it shows that I've gone over my macro intakes..I eat way more protein than carbs, at least 70g of protein and mfp says I should only eat 55g but if I decrease my protein intake then the carb intake goes up:/

I've tried EVERYTHING.. I've done insanity, turbofire, and I HIIT train especially when I run.. I also started doing weights (30 day shred) but i it hasn't flattened my tummy, it just made my arms muscular but bigger which isn't what I want:( I eat about 1300-1400 cals a day and I don't want to risk increasing it…

I run every day for 20 mins (HIIT) training.. usually 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off or 20 seconds off and 30 seconds on orr I'll just go on a regular for 30-40 mins

I jump into my bikini like twice a day to remind myself why I'm working this hard :) I also drink LOTS of green tea and add some apple cider vinegar which aids my hunger!

I've done 30ds for a week (level 2 because level 1 was too easy).. I just noticed that my arms were starting to look muscular (NOT WHAT I WANT! i want lean arms!) and my belly didn't get flatter..

according to mfp my net calories/intake should be 1200.. according to insanity it should be 1900 (already subtracted the 400 from working out) i'm about 5"1 so I'm not sure what to do :s I'm scared im gonna get screwed over..especially because prom is in 3 weeks and I'm leaving to cuba soon :S

I always get the high liner tilapia fillets:) I put veggies on top of it (red/green peppers and mushrooms) and some olive oil and then I pop it in the oven for about 20 mins. When I remove it, I put some lemon on it and eat it with a salad.. yummy and filling!

I just increased my calories from 1200 to 1800..I'm so scared I'm gonna gain weight :( ps. I do insanity every day or I run (HIIT) for 30 mins and do weights for 20.... I really home i lose weight.

I've done it once last summer but didn't get any extreme results because of my bad eating habits so I started again last week and I increased my calories because I heard eating only 1200 won't do me any good.. now I just feel like crap :(

I work at sport chek so I help women find the right sports bras all the time! I work at a sports store that sells them, from my knowledge I'd have to say go with suunto :) it also comes with the waist belt so it's very precise
