I'm used to doing a lot of cardio (running, kick boxing, insanity, etc) but after seeing so many peoples success stories from doing the 30 day shred I just want to know how it works?! it's mostly weight lifting.. but it seems to get rid of A LOT of belly fat. I know that it's all about eating clean too.. but I just want to know if I'll get a flat stomach from it. I have a little tummy, all I want to do is get rid of it once and for all!
please help!
please help!

You can't spot reduce....If you want to lose fat workout more and/or eat less. 30DS is a cardio program. I would suggest lifting heavy weights 2-3 days a week but that is really up to you. Eating clean is not as important as eating less than you burn.0

It is a mixture of strength training/cardio/ab routine and you do 3 different sets. It i about 20 minutes in total. But if you are doing insanity and other cardio, you'll actually find this workout a bit boring. I did P90x, and zumba and got this DVD. Didn't like it all. JM has other workouts that I like more like NO more trouble zone and Boost Fat Metabolism.0

Your tummy might not be fat. Check your posture; if your butt sticks out and your tummy protrudes, that's called anterior pelvic tilt, and there are exercises you can do to fix it (just Google it).0

I've done 30ds for a week (level 2 because level 1 was too easy).. I just noticed that my arms were starting to look muscular (NOT WHAT I WANT! i want lean arms!) and my belly didn't get flatter..0

Sounds like your screwed.....thank your parents.....in order to lose fat from your stomach you will first have to lose it from your arms.....and they will look more muscular....sorry0
