Don't get me wrong, I lovee eating healthy.. but everyone has a sweet tooth. I don't like fast food (mcdonalds, burger king..etc) I haven't had any of it for over 4 years now.

my problem is SWEETS. cinnamon buns, brownies, oreos... If someone offers me one I'll def eat it.

My family knows how much I value eating clean, yet they don't support me at all because they don't care about their weight..so my mom brings home sweets all the time since they love them.

my mom brought back a box of oreos and she knows how much I love them. She's not gonna stop buying junk food because my sis and bro want them.

as a result.. I just ate 6 OREOS :'( I feel like crapp, I'm still under my calorie goal for the day but still, I shouldn't have eaten them!

the first rule for eating healthy is to throw out anything sugary..my family's making it so difficult

can someone helpp me please?

Its hard when you live with others who aren't on the same plan. I would say you have to limit yourslef and no one else can do it for you! Next time say you can have oreos, but only 3 instead of 6. Not easy, I know but using your willpower to reisist is all I can advise.

You were still under your calories. Enjoy. It is ok to have food you enjoy, you just have to keep it in moderation. Unless your family is stuffing it down your throat for you, the choice to eat the sweets is entirely yours.

If it fits in your calorie allowance, eat them! Just leave out the guilt. Stress leaves a negative impact on your body.

    I understand completely!

I LOVE sweets too but since starting low carb, I've been avoiding them. When I realy have a crazy craving I drink diet green tea (Lipton) and it seems to do the trick. I do have it though where I don't allow sweets in the house. My finance isn't a big sweet eater, so that's okay. But when I'm somewhere else and the cookies come out to say hello, I tell them goodbye.

    I just don't eat them.

I know that sounds like a lot, and trust me, it is. But denying yourself the naughty sweets will actually make you feel better than eating them.

Have strong will power and you'll make it through!
