I'm in the same position and keep getting told I need to up my calories. So I did that this week, we'll see if the scale moves!

I am a long way from that but just continuing with what brought you this far... May want to increase exercise a bit to bring that on down. Also, you are pretty much in a healthy range now (your goal is well within range as well so kudos on that)... May want to focus a bit more on weight training and mold what you have. At this point really the scale is not as important as the final result... By adding a weight routine you can lower your body fat percentage and sculpt your body to become more of what you likely envision. Best wishes... You are almost there! Keep up the great work.

It's frustrating, but slowly, very, very slowly.

When I got to the last 15 I went to lose 1/2 lb a week.
    (actually a range:
    ROCK BOTTOM: 1200 cal
TARGET: MFP Lose 1/2 lb a week
    TOP: MaintaIn GOAL WEIGHT)

When I got to the last 5 instead of letting MFP take away calories I ADDED 100 calories to my target everytime I lost a pound.
The idea being the closer I got to my goal the closer I'd be to eating at maintenance.
It doesn't matter how much I lose if I can't keep it off, so I wanted to get a handle on maintenance as soon as possible.

I went on to maintenance for 5 pounds less than my goal weight to give myself a little wiggle room (I figure everyone's metabolism is different and will tweak as I go) If those 5 bonus pounds do come off it should take about a year. (so far i'm 2lbs PAST my goal so I'm not complaining)

I've tried EVERYTHING.. I've done insanity, turbofire, and I HIIT train especially when I run.. I also started doing weights (30 day shred) but i it hasn't flattened my tummy, it just made my arms muscular but bigger which isn't what I want:( I eat about 1300-1400 cals a day and I don't want to risk increasing it especially because if I do, mfp says I'll gain more weight in "5 weeks"

I've let go of the concept of losing the last 10pounds. I weight train at least 3 hours a week (spread on 4 days) and although in the past 6 weeks the scale has moved by only roughly 3 pounds, I dropped 2 dress sizes.

My goal is BF% now and I'm aiming for 18.5% (I'm about 19.1% now)

If you are not eating Clean try to ..... I ate chemical free for a month and the weight FELL off .... I only ate things that were as organic as I could get them ... but defiantly no preservatives and all FOOD ... no Food products. Shop on the outside of the supermarket.... No artifical colors, flavors or sugars.... they are terrible for your body! I stayed within my calorie range and just ate all fresh foods within my limits ....

Now, having put the weight back on, time to follow my own advice.

The answer is "very slowly" it's frustrating because the closer I get the more I want to just speed up and get there... But at the same time, I do appreciate how far I've come. I am, as of my last unofficial weigh in, 5 pounds from goal. I was still losing weight just eating at a deficit, but I switched to leangains (a type of intermittent fasting) because it focuses on body recomposition and I actually like my size, I just want to be a little more firm. This translates to me needing to add muscle and lose body fat. Who knows I I'll ever hit the somewhat arbitrary goal I set for myself forever ago, but I think I'm on the right track for the look I want.

I post a simular post a couple days ago, and someone told me a smaller calorie deficit, if I am not mistaken.
