I'm about 5"1 and I'm pretty muscular..however I have that last bit of belly fat that I've been trying to get rid of for the past 4 years -.-
I know that the last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose.. so if you're around the same weight as me and height please give me some advice! I need this belly to go away by the end of june :(

I'm 5'2" or so and in the same position as you. I was about 131-132, happy to be at 125 and aiming for 122. I put on a bunch of weight with baby #3 that hasn't entirely come off in 6 years.

I'm getting close! Stocking up on Jillian Michaels and low impact cardio videos because I don't have time for the gym. (Working mom of three boys...)

Always looking for diet and exercise tips!!

I'm 5'1" and started at 135lbs, now currently 125lbs. I look HUGE. I have a large stomach, large thighs, terrible stretch marks, etc. I'm looking to get back down to about 100-115lbs. Right now I'm focusing on cardio because I know that I have a lot of fat that I need to get rid of, haha.

Advice that I have been given is of course you want to do an exercises but cardio will get the fat the zoned workouts can't.

So I'd do plank for a few minutes. Different crunches and sit ups. And run for about 20-30 minutes.

I hope that helps and that you all can lose that last ten. Good luck!!

I am 5'1 and used to be 130. Now I am a lot heavier. However, hoop dancing helped me lose 20 pounds. Have you tried it? You can google it or go on to youtube and check it out. You need to make sure you get an adult hoop. So check online if you are interested. It's a fun workout that flies by.
