why is this happening !!

I'm doing insanity again but im getting the same results..I just feel bigger. I upped my calories from 1200 to 1400 and now I just feel bigger.

when I do insanity I sweat like crazy..I sweat more than I do when I run (HITT)..but I get better results when I run lol

can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?!

    Insanity is pretty stressful on the body... lots of jumping and stress on the joints. It's possible that you have some swelling and water retention from the workouts. How long have you been doing Insanity? I didn't see much in the way of results until I hit the transition week between month 1 and 2.

    I've done it once last summer but didn't get any extreme results because of my bad eating habits so I started again last week and I increased my calories because I heard eating only 1200 won't do me any good.. now I just feel like crap :(

    I would say you are still eating too little. Insanity is an intense program. I am guessing 1800ish would be a better number with that kind of activity.

    your diary isnt public.

    just because you're eating few calories doesnt mean they are are GOOD calories. i know most times a calorie is a calorie, but when you're doing tough workouts like insanity you really need to pay attention to your macros and watch stuff like sugar and sodium and make sure you're getting enough protein.

    i can almost 100% guarantee you that it's not the workout that's to blame, it's your diet
