I'm thinking of trying this diet out..well I wanna make it a lifestyle actually!

breakfast: oatmeal and berries

snack: apple and peanut butter

lunch: bean salad with olive oil and lemon

snack: yogurt and berries

dinner: tilapia with veggies and quinoa ...and a cup of wine if my mom lets me haha

*I'll have chicken or any other meat once a week*

How does that sound?
