screw insanity, screw 30ds, screw any fitness program -.-
they have done nothing but make me gain weight (not muscle)

I'm just gonna stick to what I do best... RUN
I'm gonna run every day for 30 mins (HIIT training) then I'm gonna do ab workouts.. I can do this. no more junk food, no more being lazy.. I'm GONNA lose 10-15 pounds.
