  • in my opinion, i think that would be better for most people. i mean, seriousley.... who has time for that EVERYDAY? i sure dont. I myself, go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Sometimes 5 days a week. depends on my plans.I 100% agree with you. a 60-70 dayhred would be more beneficial in my opinion. :)
