Jillian 30 Day Shred

I don't have a schedule that permits me to exercise daily. I go to the gym/exercise 3-4 times a week. Can I still do the 30 day shred this way? Just space the 30 days out so it's more of a sporadic 60-70 day shred? Or would that not work at all?

    Personally, I think doing any exercise is beneficial. Do it whenever you can fit it in!

    i think that will be fine, like you said it will just make it like the 60 day shred :)
  • It is meant to be continuous to get maximum results. It is only 20 minutes long.
  • in my opinion, i think that would be better for most people. i mean, seriousley.... who has time for that EVERYDAY? i sure dont. I myself, go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Sometimes 5 days a week. depends on my plans.I 100% agree with you. a 60-70 dayhred would be more beneficial in my opinion. :)
