Just be aware that the calories burned are estimated as if you were sparring from beginning to end, which isn't ever the case for my classes. I put active kumite under martial arts and kata work under strength training.

I rarely drink these days, but when I do, gin & diet ginger ale is my go to drink. 158 cals and easily made to fit into my macros.

Welcome back! Have you changed what you're eating in the last week? TDEE or not, if you're eating cleaner (especially lower sodium), you start to shed some water weight. It'll happen for a week or two and then your body should regulate.

It's called Kaizen (either vanilla ice cream or decadent chocolate) - I think it uses sucralose as a sweetener therefore the low carbs. Big green labels on the tubs.
