Bump this thang back up because the sarcasm always keeps me coming back to this site, and while I'm here I'm way more motivated to log some food and stuff.

My diary is open. Anyone is welcome, but you get bonus points for being sarcastic, entertaining peeps.

I miss the sass in my newsfeed! Those friends have disappeared or I've lost because I was away for too long. Please feel free to add me too, because the sass motivates me to come back :)

I'd rather deal with that one inconvenience than the slew of bugs, incorrect information and difficulty of use.

I crashed and burned over 2013 and am now in the worst shape I've been in the last four years. It doesn't matter what happened yesterday, it matters what happens today and tomorrow.

Interested.

Just break up.

I'm not sure about anyone else, but this was my first clue:

Wow! And to think that I only became friends with you because of your tell-it-like-is attitude. There's a whole story in there that I had no idea about! You're absolute awesome, Leah.

I'm seriously curious to see what a tame Scotty looks like.

How do you gauge your cal expenditure for karate? Are you wearing an HRM or other calorie output device? MFP settings are set way too high, as if you were doing nothing but kumite. I find that working katas and basics are more akin to strength training. On average, I output about 200 cal per class. Sometimes higher for a…

Congratulations on your success! I'm going to bookmark this one as you seems to have compiled a good beginner's-guide-to-keto here.

Bump.

You can thank image editing for that. If you haven't seen this spot, you should. And remember it every time you look at the media's images. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYhCn0jf46U&gl=CA

What's your take on using inverted rows to prepare for achieving a chin-up down the road for those just starting out? Would it help?

Going to try this soon, thanks!
