  • It likely took you a lot longer than 4 or 5 months to gain those 25 pounds. And even longer to gain the rest of your weight. YOU ARE DOING GREAT! These things take time!
  • It's damn hard to find a boot that fits a calf properly. The easiest way is to find a pair of lace up boots (that have a zipper as well), and that will give you some wiggle room.
  • I've had a really slow and stumbly start...I'm going on a friend adding spree in this thread!
  • The workout is 20 minutes. You should have some a pair of weights, something lighter than what you would use at the gym, as you do many, many repetitions.

  • I know my body thinks food when I'm bored. I'll push off cravings with water, but if my body is telling me that it needs to eat a couple of times in a short time period, I'll find the healthiest thing around. I try to bring several snacks with me to work just in case, and rarely eat them all.
