The fact that i work out every day doing hot yoga, weights, mad cardio, fitness classes like spin, bootcamp, every day some times twice a day and still cant loose a FRICKIN POUND!!! I feel good , but seeing a change on the scale would give me the motivation to keep on it!

A few pounds is a lot more easier to get rid of than cancer, think of it that way :-) Good luck to you, i quit smoking last year in november, and have been smoke free ever since :-) your body will detox and go through changes, let it.

I have something i really love everyday, like one Godiva Gem Everday after my healthy lunch, if i don't i find my self binging later that week. I say have a little bit of "pick ur poisin" a day. That way you dont need cheat days. Cheat days usually end up being longer than one day in my experience! Not worth all your hard…

im 5' 2" and 156 now i would love to get down to 120 but that is a bit unrealistic for since i do have curves <3 so i would be very satisfied at 130 lbs :-)

Actually too much cardio at high intensity for a long duration of time does burn away muscle, i was shocked myself but i have already seen a difference in lowering the amount of cardio and adding more weights :-) Before i was doing more cardio than weights, now i do about the same.

i honestly don't like them, i guess they are okay to walk in but any longer than 30min-1hr they really mess up your feet! well my feet anyway :-(
