My usual routine is Monday - Chest/Arms Tuesday - Cardio Wednesday - Leg day Thursday - Cardio Friday - Arms/shoulders/back Saturday - Rest Sunday - Rest I usually do heavy weight with 5 to 6 sets of 8 reps for every workout

Nice to meet you, kinda the same situation here. Was a member but not really active, now im staying on it and dropping weight. 47 lbs down from my heaviest and trying to drop another 17.
