Work out routines

Any good work out routines? On one to suggestions! Please help!

    More info needed. Weight lifting? Cardio? What equipment do you have access to?

    My go-to recommendation is Stronglifts 5X5.

    Hey my diary is open so you can see my routines. Ive been going to the gym for 11 weeks and see the PT every few weeks for a bew routine. At the moment doing a full body work out but ots mostly strength and core. Feel free to add me x

    Monday - cycle or rest
    Tuesday - cycle
    Wednesday - cycle
    Thursday - cycle
    Friday - lift
    Saturday - cycle
    Sunday - lift

    Sometimes I row instead of cycle and usually have one day or rowing thrown in there. Sometimes I just take Mondays off because Monday or if I'm feeling like I need a rest. My rides are of various distances and intensities.

    My usual routine is
    Monday - Chest/Arms
    Tuesday - Cardio
    Wednesday - Leg day
    Thursday - Cardio
    Friday - Arms/shoulders/back
    Saturday - Rest
    Sunday - Rest

    I usually do heavy weight with 5 to 6 sets of 8 reps for every workout

    I like to use workouts on FitnessBlender.com. I use the filter to select the duration, intensity, body focus, etc of the workout.

    Sunday: Rest or light pilates
    Monday: Running
    Tuesday: Running and pilates
    Wednesday: Running and lifting
    Thursday: Lifting and pilates
    Friday: Running
    Saturday: Running and pilates
