My fellow geeks! What anime motivates you and hypes you up for a great workout? Why? For me its either Hajime No Ippo, the best boxing anime ever, or Dragonball Z. Anime Motivation
Who else here is motivated to workout because of an anime or character in an anime? For me there are two shows that motivate me to keep pushing and train harder. Goku from Dragonball Z and Ippo from Hajime No Ippo are my big influences.

Best time to check bodyfat
Hey guys, I got myself one of the Omron bodyfat percent readers and it gives me somewhat consistent numbers within about 1% range. Do you know when if the best time and condition to check for bodyfat percent with one? Before or after a workout, before or after drinking water, before bed or when waking up?

There are many shows out there that can be very motivational. Which anime have you seen that just have the perfect workout and training for you to try in the real world to get amazing results? For me I would have to go with the boxing training used throughout Hajime No Ippo.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if it is possible to both lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. I know you can only lose fat with a calorie deficit, and you can only gain muscle with a calorie surplus. So what if I want to lower my body fat percentage and gain some lean muscle without getting too skinny?
