I change up my cardio but not the weight training so much. In general over the years, yes I have. But lately I've been doing 4 different excersices for my legs. Any recommendations for a new workout video mostly targeting legs?

My problem might be that I'm already too intense.but I'm don't want to half @$$ it you know?my logic: give it all you got why give it half? But I think it's screwing me. Not sure how but I think it is. Maybe I'm just crazy. I guess I got to just keep doing something, better then nothing.

I'm not sure on the exact wording but this is as close as I can remember, its gotten me through many a workout. "Every time you think you've given all you've got, you've only given half of what you can do."

Thats awesome! I know how hard it is to push away emotional things like that. I had to do that last summer. Its always better in the long run but i know its hard. Congratulations!

I know I'm personally wiped at the end of my cardio so I weight train before hand. I do like the one girls comment about weight training burning glycogen (I think that's right) before cardio so cardio burns more fat. Sounds like it helps burn more fat all around.
