my weight loss goal is about 15 pounds. I would never really say that I'm fat or ever was. But I know I can be healthier and a lower weight. It's only been 3 weeks and I might've lost 3 pounds. Which yes a pound a week is good. What's not good is looking at a friends legs (who's the size I want to be) which are slender and then looking at mine which are getting better but I still have this mound of fat and cellulite between my hamstring and butt that makes my legs look huge. I don't know what to do. I'm a server 3-4 times a week and walk a lot. I generally eat healthy food. Today with it being 95 degrees out side I just felt huge and sticky. I know that I won't lose 5 pounds a week, as much as I wish I could, I just wish I didn't feel so inexplicably huge. Why the hell won't my fat mounds go away?!? I just feel like I'm missing something with all of this.I lost 20 pounds before and wasn't consciously trying to (just ate half of what I normally did and did a workout video 3 times a week with weights), now that it's conscience I just feel like I'm failing. I want to give up but I know I'll just be miserable.

you can lose as many lbs as you want..there are no rules that state you must only lose that amount
just keep at it..maybe workout with a little more intensity.0 -
My problem might be that I'm already too intense.but I'm don't want to half @$$ it you know?my logic: give it all you got why give it half? But I think it's screwing me. Not sure how but I think it is. Maybe I'm just crazy. I guess I got to just keep doing something, better then nothing.0

Do you change up your workouts?0

I change up my cardio but not the weight training so much. In general over the years, yes I have. But lately I've been doing 4 different excersices for my legs. Any recommendations for a new workout video mostly targeting legs?0

Look at your mom and dad's bodies. Sometimes genetics is genetics regardless of how you work-out or diet. Do what you can within you limitations (ie. genes) then the rest you either learn to accept as part of you Or you get the name of a good plastic surgeon.0

I dont know which video you do already. I have done the Beach Bodies-Slim in 6video before, which I like well enough to suggest to someone else. I am no expert of course. I know even the beginner level, which you sound like you are past anyway, has a good squat and lunge section. I can always feel it in my legs after completing the video. Or how bout just some good old fashioned bleachers. Find your nearest high school football stadium and run up and down bleachers. Just a few suggestions. Good luck...it's not easy0
