I freeze homemade smoothies and make into icecream really nice. a couple I do regular. Banana Raspberries Skimmed milk Banana 2 x weight watchers toffee yoghurts skmmed milk (optional)

Hi How many caolries are you eating on average a day? the reason I ask is if you don't eat enough your weight loss can slow down. Also by eating smaller amouts regular can help boost your metabolisim Steph

Hi You need to eat at least 1200 daily as yuor metabolic rate will slow down and weight loss can then also do the same. Protein shakes are a good idea especially after any excercise.
